reservation
- to reserve : upon your request, we put an option to reserve the dates of your holiday. We send you a rental contract by email. The option will be confirmed when we receive back the signed contract and the reservation deposit (bank transfer, 25% of the amount) within one week after the option.

a second payment of 25% (bank
transfer) should be made 30 days before the beginning of the stay. The balance of the
rent will be paid
- by bank transfer at least one week before arrival in the rental,
- or, at the latest, upon entry into the rental, in cash.
- Tourist Tax collected on behalf of the City of Frehel / Dinan Agglomération, all year long : 1,50 € per day per person over 18 years.
- guaranty deposit : 300 euros when arriving in the house
